We mainly work on behalf of customers on a project basis, which we usually carry out “in-house” — i.e. in our office and not at the customer’s premises. In this way, it is easy to directly access the knowledge of all team colleagues and solve challenges together. As a result, there is always variety in every position at Linova through new topics, project sections, projects, customers and industries. This gives everyone the opportunity to deepen and round off their own skills and knowledge in various areas of application, or to build up a broad spectrum of know-how across various projects.
