Therefore, we not only support the product owner on the customer side with the development of target and future visions, but also provide operational support. To do this, we take care of the preparation, support and follow-up of calls, meetings and workshops.
As consultants, we form the interface between the development and the specialist sphere and ensure transparent exchange with no loss of information. We help to effectively monitor and implement the resulting requirements. When it comes to implementation and rollout, we assume responsibility for the pilot and rollout planning as well as their implementation.
In addition to know-how and expertise, we meet the constantly changing challenges and framework conditions with a high degree of flexibility. This means that we are always faced with new tasks or topics for which we develop solutions – partly using our creativity and partly using established methods. A particular challenge in this respect is the sector-specific documentation using screenshots and graphics as well as the support and revision of translation runs in over 20 languages.

Moreover, the implementation of SWOT analyses for the selection of suitable procedures and systems are examples of typical tasks, as well as the use of stakeholder analyses to identify participants and their interests.
The creation of system diagrams for the simple representation of complex systems and the development of scribbles for the visualisation of possible implementations have proven to be very helpful approaches for us. The efficient and goal-oriented generation of specific documents with delta translations using a content management tool is another of our strengths.
